Today I want to talk about a super useful tool! A magnetic Seam Gauge. It can help you keep your sewing straight!

I'm awful about keeping straight

lines when sewing since my machine doesn't have a good built in gauge. This little thing has been a lifesaver. It's a great way to keep yourself on track especially if you struggle with watching the lines on your needle plate. It makes it easer to know where to keep the edge of your fabric. Just line up the edge of your fabric with where you place the seam gauge and sew!

Just be careful if you have a computerized machine as magnets may not play nice with the technology and ruin your machine.
