For volunteering for 3 or more hours, you get a free weekend badge.

 

Upon signup, you’ll need to let us know what you’re interested in doing and for how long. We will be having a set schedule so you know when you’re needed and when you’ll be free. If you want to attend any events, please note that in your submission and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Please check any area you would like to be a part of. When scheduling we will keep your preferences in mind, but please be aware you may be scheduled outside your preferred departments so the entire event is covered if we do not have interest in all listed departments.

 

We need volunteers for the following areas:

• Ticketing

• Control Booth

  • Includes Contest Signups, Cosplay Repair Station, and Peace Bonding.

• Panel Rooms

• Entire Venue Roaming

• Vendor Hall Roaming

• Guest Attendants

• Cosplay Contest Judging & Backstage

• Arts & Crafts

• Table Top Role Playing Game Info Table

• Event Setup (Friday starting at 10am)

  • Pipe & drape

  • Table setup

  • Vendor aid

  • Vendor badge assembly

• Event Setup Lite (Friday starting at 2pm)

  • Booklet assembly

  • Candy bag filling

  • Attendee badge assembly

  • Display setup

  • Signage setup/distribution

• Event Breakdown (Sunday after 5pm)

  • Pipe and Drape removal​

  • Table and Chair cleanup

Please note the times you will be available so we do not schedule you outside of your availability.

Those who sign up for Event Setup and Event Breakdown exclusively will only be scheduled for those times unless otherwise requested. Those who did not sign up for Event Setup and Event Breakdown will not be scheduled during those times.
